Diane has more than 25 years of experience as a leadership presence consultant working with, business owners, entrepreneurs, college graduates, professionals and executive women who have become successful leaders. She inspires clients to see their potential and express their leadership look to become more productive, get promoted, and make a successful transition.
Diane understands the critical role that perception plays in all walks of life. She has witnessed how a visual transformation can dramatically alter one’s business success.
Her positive attitude and down-to-earth personality encourage women of all ages and sizes to make positive changes. As a result, she has a loyal following of repeat clients.
Over the years, Diane noticed that many of her clients could benefit from additional services to enhance their overall presentation, and she began to refer top quality professionals to whom she could entrust her clients with confidence. In response to clients requests to have all services and programs in one place, she has pulled together the finest team of experienced, creative visual and verbal presentation experts to support women in their quest to “move up.” And so was born The Leadership Style Center.
Giving Back Is Important
Diane is also making a difference in the lives of women who are entering or reentering the workforce by serving on the board of Image for Success, a nonprofit organization. She provides outreach programs to women who are transitioning toward independence.
Diane’s Leadership Achievements
- Inducted into the Image Consultants Hall of Fame for Innovation
- Founding-president of The Association of Image Consultants, which became Association of Image Consultants International with more than 1,500 members internationally
- With her team, created the first two-year accredited program for image consultants at Saddleback College in Los Angeles.
- Trained the first personal shoppers at Macy’s in San Francisco
- Coauthor of: Mastering Your Professional Image: Dressing to Enhance Your Credibility (soon to be updated)
